How we handle your information
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated: August 2026.
1. Scope
This policy explains how Credible Investments — Amit Agrawal (ARN-119490) and Meenakshi Agrawal (ARN-119982), AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributors of 301, Shekhar Central, Palasia Square, A.B. Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh — 452001 — collect and handle personal information through this website and in the course of providing distribution services. It should be read alongside our Disclaimer.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, city and the details you type into our enquiry form or send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Onboarding and KYC information: where you choose to invest through us, the identity, address, bank, income-range, nomination and FATCA/CRS details required by law and by the relevant Asset Management Company, Registrar and Transfer Agent or KYC Registration Agency.
- Transaction information: folio numbers, scheme holdings and transaction records that AMCs and RTAs make available to us as the ARN holder mapped to your folio.
- Technical information: our web host may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and diagnostics.
3. The enquiry form on this website
The enquiry form on our Contact page does not transmit data to a server we control. When you submit it, the details are assembled into a message and handed to your own email application for you to send. Nothing you type is stored on this website.
4. Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the distribution services you ask for.
- To complete KYC, onboarding and transaction processing with AMCs, RTAs and KRAs.
- To service your folios — statements, reviews, switches, redemptions, nominations and transmission.
- To meet our obligations under applicable law, including AMFI and SEBI requirements and anti-money-laundering rules.
- To send you service communications relating to your investments. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing on behalf of third parties.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary, and only with:
- Asset Management Companies whose schemes you invest in;
- Registrars and Transfer Agents such as CAMS and KFin Technologies;
- KYC Registration Agencies and depositories;
- regulators, statutory authorities and courts, where we are required to disclose;
- our own service providers under confidentiality obligations, strictly for the purposes above.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It stores a single flag in your browser's local storage to remember that you have acknowledged the disclaimer notice, so that it is not shown on every visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. The embedded map on our Contact page is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy practices, and web fonts are served by Google Fonts.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information in our custody. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us passwords, OTPs or full bank credentials by email or messaging — we will never ask for them.
8. Retention
We keep records for as long as you remain a client and thereafter for the period required by applicable law and by AMFI and SEBI record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely destroyed or anonymised.
9. Your choices
- You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask for corrections.
- You may ask us to stop sending non-essential communications at any time.
- You may withdraw consent for us to act as your distributor; note that certain records must still be retained under law, and that changes to folio-level data are made through the AMC or RTA.

10. Children
This website is not directed at children. Investments for a minor are made by a guardian, and the guardian's information is processed as described above.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. The version published here at the time of your visit is the version that applies.
