1. Who we are

This website is operated by Credible Investments, the trade name under which Amit Agrawal (AMFI Registration Number ARN-119490) and Meenakshi Agrawal (AMFI Registration Number ARN-119982) carry on the business of mutual fund distribution from 301, Shekhar Central, Palasia Square, A.B. Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh — 452001.

We are AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributors. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and receive commission from Asset Management Companies for doing so, as set out on our Commission Disclosure page.

2. We are distributors, not advisers

Credible Investments is not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and is not a Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker or Depository Participant. Nothing on this website, and nothing said in the course of our dealings with you, constitutes:

• investment advice, financial planning advice, or a personal recommendation;
• research, an analyst report, or a valuation of any security or scheme;
• an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy, sell or subscribe to any scheme or security;
• tax, legal, accounting or estate-planning advice.

You should evaluate every investment against your own objectives, financial situation and risk tolerance, and consult a qualified independent professional where appropriate.

3. No assurance of returns

Mutual funds invest in market-linked securities. The Net Asset Value of a scheme fluctuates with the value of its underlying holdings, and the value of your investment may fall as well as rise. You may receive back less than you invested. Neither Credible Investments, nor any Asset Management Company, nor any sponsor of a scheme guarantees any return, capital protection, income, or the achievement of any scheme objective.

Registration granted by SEBI, membership of any industry association and certification from NISM or AMFI in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

4. Calculators and illustrations

The calculators and charts on this website are arithmetic tools provided for general illustration only. They assume a constant annual rate of return which does not occur in practice, and they do not account for expense ratio, exit load, stamp duty, transaction costs, taxation or the sequence in which returns are actually delivered. The outputs are hypothetical, are not projections or forecasts, and must not be relied upon as an indication of what any investment will actually produce.

5. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep the content of this website accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate, up to date or free from error. Regulations, tax provisions, scheme features, commission structures and third-party information change from time to time and may do so without our knowledge. Investment decisions are yours alone and their consequences rest with you.

8. Fraud, impersonation and security

We will never ask you for a one-time password (OTP), an internet banking password, or a transfer of funds to any personal or business account belonging to us or to our personnel. All mutual fund investments are paid directly to the collection account of the relevant Asset Management Company. If you receive any communication purporting to be from us that asks for these things, treat it as fraudulent and contact us on +91 98113 12001 to verify.

9. Intellectual property

The Credible Investments name, logo, tagline and the content of this website are our property or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Third-party names and marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

This disclaimer and your use of this website are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.
